The Company provides the Service as a mobile application (software) that can be downloaded and run on a mobile device. In addition, the Company offers a desktop computer program (in an installable file format) to support certain features included in the Service.
  2. Availability: The Service is available for use anytime and anywhere, for all types of users, within the limits permitted by applicable law.
  3. Continuous Service Efforts: The Company strives to provide the Service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year without interruption. However, the Service may be temporarily halted due to circumstances such as regular system inspections, facility expansions or replacements, power outages, or unforeseen situations like national emergencies or other events beyond the Company’s control.
  4. Service Interruptions: In the event of a service interruption as described above, the Company will make efforts to notify users by appropriate means, such as announcements within the Service. If the interruption is caused by factors outside of the Company’s control (for example, system failures or outages not due to the Company’s intent or negligence) such that prior notice cannot be given, the Company may not be able to provide advance notice. In such cases, the Company will not be liable for any and all damages or losses that users may incur due to the interruption.
  5. Modifications and Updates: The Company may modify or update the Service or its software (in whole or in part) at any time. Users may need to update the software to continue using the Service, and these updates are intended to improve or enhance the Service.
