The Company collects only the minimum personal information necessary to provide the Service. Membership Registration and Management
The Company collects email addresses, names, and profile pictures (profile pictures for Google users only) for users who log in via Google or Apple to provide login services and manage membership.
Customer Inquiry Response
For the purpose of consulting and responding to user inquiries to provide better service, the Company collects email addresses, user identifiers, device information (OS, model, manufacturer, system language, memory/storage capacity, graphics driver, camera, performance), and app information (app version, subscription status). Users may also voluntarily send data related to errors (image files) for more accurate diagnosis. Text Recognition/Generation Features
To provide text recognition and generation features, the Company collects image files from users who wish to use these features. In this case, image files may contain unstructured personal information that could identify a specific individual. The Company processes this information only for the purpose of text recognition/generation requested by the user and deletes it within 24 hours of completion. This data is not used for training the Company's AI engines.
‘Send to PC’ Feature
To provide the "Send to PC" feature, the Company collects image files from users who wish to use this feature. These images may contain unstructured personal information. The Company processes this information only for the purpose of transmission and deletes it within 24 hours of completion. This data is not used for training the Company's AI engines.
Automatically Generated Information
The Company essentially collects information automatically generated during the use of the Service or business processing, such as service usage records, OS type and version, access logs, advertising identifiers (ADID/IDFA), and device information. Additionally, for users of the ‘Send to PC’ service, information regarding the execution and operation of the PC client is collected. This information is used for user analysis and service improvement.
The Company collects personal information in the following ways:
The Company destroys email addresses, names, and profile pictures collected for membership management upon withdrawal from the service. Automatically generated information (usage records, OS info, logs, ADID, device info) is destroyed 3 months after the last visit. Other personal information is destroyed once the purpose of collection and use is achieved, unless otherwise specified.
However, if preservation is required by relevant laws, the information will be kept for the period specified by law:
